Join SIR Hannah for a recycling class and clean-up along the Shoreline.
The event will start with a quick 30min talk about recycling and how to reduce your carbon footprint. Lean about energy efficiency and how you can reduce your household energy use. Brochures and further information about good recycling habits will be shared with the group.
Finally, the group will spend about an hour cleaning up the Percy Priest Shoreline. All clean-up materials will be provided including trash grabbers, trash and recycling bags, and gloves. This is a great way to earn volunteer hours while educating yourself about the importance of recycling.
Please meet at the Inland Trailhead off of the Upper Bluff parking lot.
