Well, everyone, it is that time of year again, and I am inviting you all to Booker T. Washington State Park for our annual TN Serves & National Public Lands Day event. The event will start at 8:30 am to 10:00 am We will partner with the Chattanooga area Prince Hall Shriners group to have a walk for Diabetes starting at 10:00 for registration and the walk will start at 10:15 am. And to top it all off, we will be serving lunch for all who attend the event. So mark it on your calendars for September 28, 2024, Starting at 8:00 am on that Saturday morning for the Invasive Plant Removal event. The Walk for Diabetes will start at 10:00 am, and we will meet in the old pool parking lot to start the day. Turn left into the park off of Champion Road and down into the park, and the pool parking lot will be on your right side of the road. I hope to see all of you there.
