On Saturday, November 26th at 9 am, there will be an opportunity to work on the trail at Burgess Falls State Park. We will plan on finishing widening an area of the trail due to erosion. If/when the previous project is completed, we will work on removing roots from the trail. We will meet at the park's pavilion at 9 am and will be done working around 12 pm. This requires a short hike to the area we will work at and we will be using hand tools so sturdy, closed toed shoes are required. Please bring water, snacks/lunch and weather appropriate clothing. Bring any personal protective equipment you may have such as gloves and eye wear. If there is a significant chance of rain, this event will be canceled.
