On Saturday, November 12th at 9 am, there will be an opportunity to work on the trail at Burgess Falls State Park. We will plan on widening areas of the trail due to erosion. This will be a multi-step process which may require two days of work to complete. We will meet at the park's pavilion at 9 am and will be done working around 12 pm. This requires a short hike to the area we will work at and we will be using hand tools so sturdy, closed toed shoes are required. Please bring water, snacks/lunch and weather appropriate clothing. If you have your own gloves and eye wear, please bring those. If there is a significant chance of rain, this event will be canceled.
