We could use some volunteers to assist with the removing of debris from the trail, cutting and removing hanging branches, and digging new trail in the area of the rerouting.
We will meet at the Conference Center Parking lot and take golf carts with tools to the area of the trail that needs rerouting and cleaned up.
All volunteers should dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and be able to traverse uneven ground. The trail is approximately 3.2 miles long. A sack lunch is recommended if staying for the duration of the clean-up.
The park will supply all tools and water for the event.
All volunteers need to preregister and sign the waiver before the event or sign one at the worksite.
