Interested in learning how to work and care for birds of prey and education animal habitats? Join Roan Mountain State Park on Wednesday, September 1st from 3-5PM at the Park Headquarters Building located at 1015 Highway 143; Roan Mountain, TN. 37687. Ranger Phil Hylen will train volunteers on the routine care and maintenance of owl exhibits. Volunteers will be required to complete a volunteer liability waiver before working in the exhibits.
