Join rangers for two days' worth of trail-building opportunities at Window Cliffs State Natural Area! These volunteer opportunites will consist of manual labor removing dirt, roots, stumps, and trees from the new Pyro Trail located at the Window Cliffs State Natural Area parking lot. The new trail is less than a mile long with some elevation change. Please register to attend and bring at least 64 oz of water, along with snacks or lunch. It is recommended to wear long pants and shirts due to poison ivy. Closed-toed shoes must be worn. Tools will be provided along with gloves and eye protection. If you have gloves, eye protection, or tools, feel free to bring them. The dates to volunteer are as follows: Friday, June 12th, 2026 - 9:30 am - 12:30 pm Saturday, June 13th, 2026 - 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
