Join David Crockett State park in improving our local environment by removing exotic invasives in the park. For this weed wrangle we will be meeting at shelter one weeding and preparing the flowerbeds for planting later in the year, and then removing invasives elsewhere in the park if time permits.
Be prepared work involving bending, shoveling, raking, pulling, and possibly using loppers. Please wear sturdy close-toed shoes, and bring plenty of water.
