On December 13th, 2025 Montgomery Bell State Park will host our 11th Annual Bell Ringer trail run. This opportunity welcomes registered runners to run up to 50K on our park's trails. This opportunity would not be possible without the participation of volunteers like you!
We are looking for volunteers that will assist in event preparation before the event. Volunteers will meet Ranger staff at the Park Visitor Center (1020 Jackson Hill Rd) to be assigned a trail in which they will leaf blow. Volunteers will meet at 9am on December 6th, 2025.
Volunteers will be teamed up to hike no more than 5 miles with a leaf blower, clearing the trails for the trail race event. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, closed toed shoes are required.
