Help us fight some nasty, non-native invasive plants! Make the park a safer habitat for native plants and animals, and a better place for us to visit too. We’ll especially be ”attacking” Japanese Barberry - which chokes out native shrubs and can harbor black-legged ticks.
We’ll meet at the park’s Mountain Bike Trail parking area, at the end of Freeman Road, Blountville TN. We’ll supply tools and supplies, you’ll supply the muscle power. Be prepared to walk several miles on uneven and sometimes rocky ground.
