Continued trail maintenance south of Cave Branch Trailhead. I have completed about (Garmin) an additional 0.4 mile. About 0.05 mile of work included sidehill cut and tread improvement. I also had a 20-foot section where I first cut out briars and then removed root systems. Two easy stepover blowdowns identified last year are between Cave Branch and the Lowe Cemetery Road crossing and are still not worth taking tools out to remove. I have completed 0.1 mile past where the trail crosses the Lowe Cemetery Road.
