"I was the swamp-rat to clear, after Lydia cut, blowdowns between where the CT heads toward the north-east from Laco Road to Norma Road. This completes clearing blowdowns from the entire trail between Norma Road and Smoky Road/Cave Branch with the exception of three minor trees that are easy to step over. There are two water flow areas that need to have large step-rocks added. Both areas are located about 0.4 mile SW of Norma Road. The RR tracks and surrounding brush have been removed from the area less than 0.1 mile SW of Norma Road. Blazes were originally placed on the RR and years later moved to surrounding brush. A new post is needed to provide trail direction. Two CT arrows would work better than post blazes."
