Join the Park Ranger Justin Vaughn for trail maintenance on the Merritt Ridge Trail. We will meet at the marina to take a boat ride out to the back side of the Merritt Ridge Trail. We will be looking to try and clear the loop portion of the Merritt Ridge Trail. We will meet at 9am take a short boat ride over to the trail. We will be removing any debris off the trail along with trees. We will be using hand tools to remove. You will need to bring water, lunch and snacks that you may want. We try and get as much of the trail as we can and be heading back to the marina at 2:30pm. This will include difficult sections of the trail and will include parts of the trail that are inclined and declined. If you have any questions please contact Park Ranger Justin Vaughn.
