Join the Park Ranger to do some maintenance on the Merritt Ridge Trail. We will be cutting trees and replacing trail markers as needed along the trail. We will meet at the trailhead for the Millenium and Merritt Ridge Trail. We will be focusing most of our work on the connector portion of the Merritt Ridge Trail. We will start at 9am and go till we finish the connector or till 2pm whichever comes first. Please bring water, lunch,snacks and any other items you may need. We will using hand tools to remove overgrowth and debris from the trail. We will also be putting up new markers along this section of the trail. Make sure to dress appropriate for the weather and wear closed toe shoes. If you have any questions please contact Park Ranger Justin Vaughn.
