Join Red Clay staff in lighting lanterns for Christmas at Red Clay's lantern-lit tour!

Volunteers are tasked with placing the prepared lanterns along the paved trail (0.3 mi) and lighting them with grill lighters.

This opportunity will take place on Sunday, December 14th, 2024 starting at 3:45 PM. Volunteers can expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours on this task. Volunteers will be granted free entry to any tour time of their choice for the Christmas at Red Clay program on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.

Join Red Clay staff in decorating the farmhouse for Christmas at Red Clay!

Volunteers are tasked with decorating the farmhouse with the available supplies and gathering pine branches, needles, and pinecones to supplement decoration.

This opportunity will take place on Friday, December 12th at 2:00 PM. Volunteers will meet the rangers at the Visitor Center to get started.

Volunteers will be granted free entry to any tour time of their choice for the Christmas at Red Clay program on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.

Join Red Clay staff in preparing the lanterns for Christmas at Red Clay's lantern-lit tour! Volunteers are tasked with placing wooden blocks and tea light candles into paper bags to prepare them for lighting.

This opportunity will take place within the Visitor Center starting at 2:00 PM on December 13th, 2025. Expect to spend approximately 1.5 hours on this project. Volunteers will be granted free entry to any tour time of their choice for the Christmas at Red Clay program on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.
