Join us for a hands-on conservation volunteer event at Fall Creek Falls Lake in Fall Creek Falls State Park as part of the Caught Up in Conservation event series.
Volunteers will assist with installing duck nesting boxes around the lake to help provide safe nesting habitat for native waterfowl and support local wildlife populations. This project offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on conservation efforts while learning about waterfowl habitat management and the importance of nesting structures in healthy aquatic ecosystems.
Participants will work alongside park staff and conservation partners to place duck boxes in strategic locations around the lake. Volunteers should wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and bring gloves, water, and a willingness to help. Whether you're an experienced outdoors enthusiast or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back, this event is a great chance to contribute to the stewardship of one of Tennessee's most treasured natural areas.
Come be a part of the Caught Up in Conservation series and help create lasting habitat for ducks and other wildlife at Fall Creek Falls Lake. Participants in this event will receive a bandana and sticker representing the event. Together, we can make a difference for future generations of wildlife and outdoor enthusiasts.
