Join us to work on digging a new trail for our new multiuse trail. We will be using hand tools to dig on the trail. You will need to wear good sturdy shoes, work/hiking boots are preferred and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Please also dress for the weather accordingly. In the event of rain, we will not be doing trail work that day. You may also want to bring a good pair of work gloves and plenty of water. The park will provide work gloves and safety glasses if you don’t have any. Meet the Park Ranger on the side of the road just before the park office. We will have a short walk to the area we will be working at. Please register for this event this lets us know how many people to expect and bring tools for. If you have any questions on the trail work or how to sign up, please contact Park Ranger Justin Vaughn.
