Volunteer Work Day: Trail Sign Installation
Join us for a hands‑on volunteer project to install a new trail sign and trail map at the Millennium–Merritt Ridge connection. This sign will help hikers navigate the area and better enjoy the trail system.
Project Activities
- Using hand tools to dig and assemble the sign
- Digging four post holes
- Using a drill to attach hardware
- Carrying wood and a couple bags of concrete approximately 1 mile down the trail to the work site
What to Bring
- Water and any snacks you may need
- Weather‑appropriate clothing
- Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
