Come help remove invasive species on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Window Cliffs State Natural Area. We will meet at the kiosk at 9 AM and try to return by 2 PM. The area we will be working in will require you to walk past three creek crossings. It will be about a 2.5-mile hike there and back with a 300-foot elevation change. You may or may not be able to rock hop across the creeks, depending on water levels.
The park will provide herbicides, sprayers, mechanical equipment, gloves, safety glasses, and hand saws. You will be required to bring a backpack packed with at least 32 oz of water and snacks/lunch. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing, pack layers, and wear closed-toed shoes while we are working.
